What to include when asking for help
Please include a short description of what happened and the device you were using, such as iPhone or iPad model if known. Do not send a child's full name, school, address, or other sensitive personal information.
Privacy and data
Sprout Math is designed to work offline. It does not use accounts, advertisements, third-party analytics, telemetry, cloud sync, or in-app purchases. The developer does not collect app data. Learning progress and preferences stay on the device.
Parent Settings includes local controls to reset learning progress or delete the child profile and local learning data from the device.
Parent settings
Parent settings, progress reports, privacy controls, and local data deletion tools are protected by a parent PIN inside the app. If a parent PIN has not been created yet, the app will ask a parent or guardian to create one before opening parent settings.
